Ordering & delivery

How long will my order take?
Every piece is handmade, so please allow a few days of making time before dispatch — the product page shows the current making time for each design. Once dispatched, delivery time depends on your location; you will receive tracking details by email.

Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver across India. Shipping options and charges for your address are shown at checkout.

Can I track my order?
Yes — you will receive a tracking link once your order is dispatched. You can also write to us any time for an update.

Products & personalisation

How does personalisation work?
Designs marked “Personalisable” let you add a name or initials, a date and a short message on the product page before adding to cart. We stitch your words exactly as written, so please double-check spelling before ordering.

What is Sujni embroidery?
Sujni is a hand-embroidery tradition from Bihar, India, built on layers of running stitches — registered as “Sujini Embroidery Work of Bihar”. Some of our designs draw on this tradition; the product page tells you about each piece’s technique.

I’ve never embroidered before — can I use a DIY kit?
Yes. Our DIY kits are designed for beginners, with pre-printed fabric, sorted threads and a stitch guide included. The product page lists exactly what is in each kit.

Will my piece look exactly like the photo?
Very close — but handmade embroidery always carries small, beautiful variations. No two pieces are exactly alike, and we consider that part of the charm.

Payments & returns

What payment methods do you accept?
All available payment options for your order are shown at checkout, processed through Shopify’s secure checkout.

What if something arrives damaged?
Write to us with a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we will make it right. Because personalised pieces are made only for you, they cannot be returned unless there is a defect or an error on our side — please review your personalisation details carefully before ordering.

Care

How do I care for my embroidery?
Keep embroidered pieces away from moisture and harsh direct sunlight, and spot-clean gently where needed.
