Ordering & Shipping
How long does delivery take?
We ship within 24 hours of order confirmation. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days across metro India (Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Pune, Chennai). Tier-2 cities may take 5–10 days. You'll receive a tracking link via SMS and email once dispatched.
Do you ship pan-India?
Yes — we deliver to all serviceable pin codes across India via our shipping partner Shiprocket. Enter your pin code at checkout to confirm availability.
Is shipping free?
Orders above ₹1,499 ship free. Below that, a flat ₹79 shipping fee applies.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely. You'll receive a tracking link via SMS and email as soon as your order is dispatched. You can also reach us on WhatsApp at +91 93348 92585 for a live update.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet — we're focused on metro India for now. International shipping is on our roadmap. Drop us a message and we'll notify you when it's live.

I've never done embroidery. Can I still use your kits?
100%. Every kit is designed for absolute beginners — no experience needed. You get pre-printed fabric, colour-sorted threads, needles, a bamboo hoop, and step-by-step video tutorials you can pause, rewind, and re-watch as many times as you like. If you can hold a needle, you can do this.
What's included in a Ritual Kit?
Every kit contains:
- Pre-printed premium cotton fabric with a Sujni motif
- DMC-grade embroidery threads (hand-sorted, colour-matched)
- Bamboo embroidery hoop (doubles as a frame for display)

How long does it take to complete a kit?
Most kits take 4–8 hours spread over a few sittings. Our customers love doing an hour a day — it becomes a calming, screen-free evening ritual. The Beginner Kit is the quickest (3–4 hours); the Peacock and Sacred kits are more detailed (6–8 hours).
What is Sujni embroidery?
Sujni is a 400-year-old needlework tradition from Bihar, India. It began when women would stitch layers of old saris together into quilts, adding intricate running-stitch patterns that told stories — of harvests, festivals, daily life. Today, it's recognised as a living heritage craft, practised by artisan women across villages in the Bhusura and Muzaffarpur regions.
What's the difference between your kits and your Heritage Collection?
Our Ritual Kits are DIY — you stitch them yourself with guided tutorials. The Heritage Collection (cushion covers, wall hangings, tote bags, bed runners) is finished décor, handcrafted entirely by our artisan partners. Both use authentic Sujni techniques.
Are the materials ethically sourced?
Yes. All fabrics are natural-fibre cotton. Threads are DMC-grade and AZO-free. Hoops are sustainably harvested bamboo. Packaging is recycled kraft. We pay every artisan above fair-wage benchmarks and credit them by name.
Gifting
Are your kits gift-ready?
Every Aurilio order arrives gift-wrapped at no extra cost — premium kraft box, tissue paper, ribbon seal, and a blank note card for your personal message. No additional wrapping needed.
Can I add a personalised message?
Yes. During checkout, you'll see a "Gift message" field. Write your note and we'll hand-write it on the included card. For bulk or corporate orders, reach us on WhatsApp for custom options.

Returns & Refunds
What's your return policy?
We offer a 7-day easy return policy from the date of delivery. If your product arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you expected, reach out on WhatsApp or email and we'll arrange a pickup or replacement — no questions asked.
Can I return a kit I've already opened?
If threads are unsealed or fabric is marked, we can't accept a return (hygiene reasons). But if there's a genuine issue — missing items, wrong product, quality concern — we'll make it right. Just send us a photo on WhatsApp.
How long do refunds take?
Refunds are processed within 48 hours of receiving the return. The amount reflects in your account within 5–7 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Send us a photo on WhatsApp (+91 93348 92585) within 48 hours of delivery. We'll ship a replacement at no cost — no return required.

We accept all major payment modes via Razorpay:

Is online payment secure?
Completely. All payments go through Razorpay's PCI-DSS compliant gateway with 256-bit encryption. We never store your card details. Shopify's checkout is independently audited for security.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
COD is available on select pin codes for orders under ₹3,000. COD availability is shown at checkout after entering your delivery address.
Care & Tutorials
How do I access the video tutorials?
Every kit includes a card with a QR code that links to your video lessons. Access is lifetime — no subscription, no expiry. Lessons are bite-sized (5–10 minutes each), and you can pause, rewind, and re-watch anytime.
How do I care for my finished embroidery?
Spot-clean gently with a damp cloth. For framed pieces, keep out of direct sunlight to preserve thread colour. Our bamboo hoops are finished with a natural sealant — no additional treatment needed.
I'm stuck on a stitch. Can I get help?
Of course. WhatsApp us a photo or video of where you're stuck (+91 93348 92585) and we'll guide you through it. We also have a community of stitchers who love helping beginners.
