At Aurilio Rituals, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we are here to help.
DIY Kits & Craft Supplies
- Unopened and unused kits may be returned within 7 days of delivery for a full refund
- Once a kit has been opened or used, it cannot be returned due to the nature of craft supplies
- If your kit arrives with missing or damaged components, contact us within 48 hours for a free replacement
Finished Heritage Products
- Handcrafted items (cushion covers, wall hangings, tote bags) may be returned within 7 days if unused and in original packaging
- As each piece is handmade, slight variations in colour and pattern are natural and not grounds for return
Gift Boxes & Bundles
- Sealed gift boxes may be returned within 7 days of delivery
- Once opened, gift boxes cannot be returned
- Personalised items cannot be returned unless defective

Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
