Shipping Rates

• Free Shipping: On all prepaid orders above Rs. 999
• Standard Shipping: Rs. 79 for orders below Rs. 999
• Cash on Delivery: Available for select pin codes (additional Rs. 49 COD charge)

Processing Time

• DIY Kits & Gift Boxes: Dispatched within 1-2 business days
• Handcrafted Heritage Products: Dispatched within 3-5 business days (each piece is made to order)
• Corporate & Bulk Orders: 7-14 business days depending on quantity and customisation

Delivery Time

• Metro cities: 3-5 business days after dispatch
• Tier 2/3 cities: 5-7 business days after dispatch
• Remote areas: 7-10 business days after dispatch

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email and WhatsApp. You can track your shipment using the link provided.

Packaging

All orders are carefully packaged in eco-friendly materials to ensure your handcrafted items arrive in perfect condition. Gift orders include premium gift-ready packaging at no extra cost.
